To provide that, we must review and analyze the company, the market and the insurance companies, in addition to being compliant with ever-changing government regulations. At the end of the day, we want to offer an effective, holistic solution for each individual client.

We conduct a comprehensive review of all of our clients' corporate benefits, group insurance and ACA insurance offerings and, based on our experience and expertise, we offer a package that works best for the employer and the employee. Our extensive experience working with the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) allows us to help guide our clients through the copious amounts of often complicated ACA data and information.

Analytics

We consult with larger businesses using a proprietary analysis that demonstrates to our clients how to control and reduce costs and then make recommendations for change. We're the liaison between the employer and insurance company, negotiating better rates without compromising comprehensive care.

Underwriting

One of our differentiators is our ability to negotiate with insurance companies. We have underwriters on staff with extensive experience and are able to negotiate more effectively for better pricing.

Broker Partners

Because most employee benefits liaisons don't have underwriting capabilities and experience, we partner with other agencies to help them negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of their clients.
